Freight & Returns

SHIPPING
Shipping is free of charge. All orders are shipped with standard postal services from Sweden.
Orders to countries outside EU are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. These charges are levied once your package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after you receive your package. Contact us and state your order number and which items you wish to return or exchange and we will contact you with instructions.

If you do not contact us before returning the items, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

If you buy items on sale we will not allow exchange or return.

COMPLAINT POLICY
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrong items we will provide you with new items. We will not replace items where damage is caused by you or everyday usage. If you are careful and keep the jewellery from exposure to water and perfume they will last a long time.

PAYMENT
You have the option to pay via Payson or via PayPal. Select the alternative that suits you best when checking out. Payson allows various credit cards, local debit cards and direct bank transfer.

DELIVERY
Your order will be processed quickly and sent from our warehouse in Sweden. The estimated delivery within Sweden generally takes 2-3 business days and outside of Sweden 5-7 business days.
